Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, here is our return and reimbursement policy.

1. Return conditions

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.

2. Condition of the returned articles

Articles must be:

Unused, unwashed and in perfect state of resale

In their original packaging with all intact labels

Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

3. Reasons accepted for a return

You can request a return in the following cases:

Damaged product at reception

Poor product sent

Change of opinion (depending on the case, see exceptions below)

4. To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service at artauctionexport@mystoreshop.world or via our online contact form.

Indicate your order number, the reason for the return and the photos if the product is damaged.

A return label will be sent to you by e-mail, if the return is accepted.

Carefully pack the item and place it in a relay point or post office.

5. Refund procedure

Once the article is returned and inspected:

You will receive a return confirmation email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be made on your initial payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Initial shipping costs are not refundable (unless we are mistaken).
